When it comes to virtue, is Socrates wise? If so, how is he wise? If not, why not?

Look up definitions for sophia and phronesis on the internet (the Wikipedia is fine for this exercise). Does the distinction between these two types of “wisdom” help you to understand Socrates’ discussion of virtue in the Meno?
